Once an initial draft is approved, Invoice will be sent via paypal.

hd files of their commission. (PNG, JPG file formats including watermarked) sent to their email.

GENERAL

Please read my TOS before ordering. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service I have listed down below.

prices listed are base prices, add ons will have additional fees.

i have the right to decline or terminate a commission either due to e.g poor communication or rude/inappropriate behavior, etc.

i will decline your commission if it promotes hateful, offensive and sensitive material. (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incst, pdophilia, etc.)

likewise, do not use my art to promote any of the aforementioned above.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

client must pay in full and upfront.

NO REFUNDS once i've started on your order and drafts i sent have been approved.

I will not start on your commission until I receive payment.

clients are only eligible for a refund if there has not been any work done within the turnaround time.

However, I will update you if I cannot immediately start on your commission either due to irl circumstances or emergencies.

if you are a minor and want to commission me and does not have any method of payment, please seek permission and assistance from your parent/guardian whenever making any online transactions.

REVISIONS

max of 5 revisions during the sketch phase

max of 2 revisions during the lineart phase

client(s) will incurr additional fees if there will be a revision/addition at the final rendering phase.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Turnaround time is within 2-3 months max.

there will be no physical shipping. Delivery of the product will be send through VGEN/ko-fi's delivery services or if clients directly ordered from me, via a gdrive link or the email provided by the client upon request.

rush orders are 50% the base price.

USE

personal use only. (e.g. profile pictures, phone/computer wallpapers)

100% of the base price for commercial usage (e.g for streaming content, display for monetary use etc.)

commercial usage regarding selling and distribution as merchandise please contact me first before proceeding with the order!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

i, the artist hold the right to produce the art. such as; promote myself in any social media platforms and add it to my portfolio.

you, the client(s) is allowed to use, print the artwork for personal use only. (e.g. profile pictures, share on your social medias, phone/computer wallpapers)

client(s) reserve the right to claim the right to their character(s) but not the artwork itself.

do not modify my art without my permission.

do not turn my work into an nft.

use of my works is strictly prohibited in training ai/ml models.
